How Scene Battle Works

The Full Process
Choose Solo or My Crew
Solo ($10): One performer. You receive a monologue-style script written specifically for a single performer. Perfect if you want to shine on your own.
My Crew ($20): 2 to 8 performers. One price covers the whole group. You receive a full cast script with role assignments based on each participant's age band and sex. Your choice can change every month.

Four categories, each with its own monthly script, tone, and age requirements:

Enter Participant Details
For each performer: a stage name (fictional names encouraged — they protect privacy and make it more fun), an age band (Under 13, 13–17, or 18+), and sex (Male or Female). These details are used to assign script roles. Scene Battle assigns roles by age band and sex. Participants can always swap roles with each other if they prefer.
Complete Your Purchase
Enter your email and payment details. Solo is $10, My Crew is $20. Payment is processed securely by Stripe. Scene Battle never stores your card details.
Create Your Account & Get Your Script
After payment, set your account password. Your script unlocks immediately. You receive access to the mobile script viewer inside your dashboard and a downloadable PDF Director Package — personalised with your character names.
Rehearse, Costume Up, and Film
Your Director Package includes everything: a professional cover page, character guides, costume notes, action notes, dialogue cards with timing guides, performance tips, filming instructions for each scene, recommended timing, and an upload checklist. Film scene by scene for the best editing results. Each scene has its own filming notes and recommended length.
Upload Your Clips
Log into your dashboard and go to Upload My Scene. Choose Full Episode (all scene clips) or Single Scene (one scene only — different branded intro/outro). Select your editing tier:
🎬 Basic Edit — Free. Scene Battle branded. Capabilities depend on our editing provider.
⬆️ Upgraded Edit — Paid. Better output quality.
🌟 Professional Edit — Premium. Human professional editor.
Choose Your Posting Preference
At upload you choose two things:
✅ Email me my completed edited Scene Battle video (always recommended)
✅ Enter my video in the Scene Battle for likes (recommended for adults — pre-checked for adult-only projects, unchecked by default if minors are involved)
Receive Your Finished Video
Your clips go to our editing provider. Scene Battle staff reviews the finished video before delivery. Once approved, your edited Scene Battle video is emailed to you. If you opted into the Scene Battle feed, it gets posted to our TikTok and YouTube channels for likes and potential spotlight placement.
Solo vs My Crew — Which Is Right for You?
Solo — $10
One performer. Monologue-style script. You play every scene yourself, with implied off-camera characters through dialogue, reactions, and staging.
Best for: individual performers, solo content creators, acting students practicing monologues, or anyone who wants to shine on their own.

Best for: friend groups, families, church youth groups, birthday parties, drama classes, or any group who wants to perform together.
Get Crew ScriptFor Parents
Scene Battle is built for families. Only adults create accounts. You control every aspect of your children's experience — which categories they can access, when they can unlock scripts, and whether their videos are ever shared publicly.
Stage names are encouraged for all child profiles to protect your family's data and make the experience more fun. We never require a real name for any child profile.
