Refund Policy

Digital Products — All Sales Final
Scene Battle sells digital products exclusively — drama script packages and video editing production services. There are no physical goods, no shipping, and no returns. Because scripts are delivered digitally and accessed immediately after purchase, all sales are final and non-refundable once the script has been accessed or downloaded.
By completing a purchase, you acknowledge that you are purchasing a non-refundable digital product and that you have confirmed this at checkout.
Script Credits — Non-Refundable Once Used
Solo Credits ($10) and My Crew Credits ($20) are non-refundable once they have been used to unlock a script. Unused credits do not expire and remain in your account balance until used.
Editing Services — Non-Refundable Once Initiated
Paid editing tier upgrades (Upgraded Edit and Professional Edit) are non-refundable once your clips have been submitted and the editing process has begun.
Exceptions — When We Will Issue a Refund
We will issue a full refund or account credit in the following circumstances only:
Duplicate charge: If you were charged more than once for the same purchase due to a technical error on our end.
Technical failure preventing access: If a verified technical failure on Scene Battle's end prevents you from accessing a script you purchased, and we are unable to resolve the issue within 5 business days of your report.
Refund requests must be submitted within 14 days of the original purchase date by emailing support@scenebattle.com with your account email, the date of purchase, and a description of the issue. We respond within 5 business days.
Refunds are not issued for: change of mind; inability to film or perform the script; dissatisfaction with script content after access; technical issues with your own device or internet connection; or edited video quality when the source footage is low quality.
Chargebacks
Filing a chargeback or payment dispute outside of this refund policy constitutes a breach of these Terms. Scene Battle will dispute all chargebacks filed in bad faith with supporting documentation of purchase and script access records. Accounts with disputed chargebacks may be permanently suspended.
Rejected Video Content
If your uploaded video is rejected by Scene Battle staff because it contains intentionally prohibited, offensive, or inappropriate content, no refund or re-edit will be provided and the video will be deleted. If rejection is due to a technical upload error not caused by the user, Scene Battle will work with you to resolve the issue or permit a re-upload at no additional charge.
